Many people today do not know what to do when their computer(s) have problems. Do not think at all that computers are perfect. The companies out there do not sell perfect products; even the Microsoft Corporation produces millions of copies of their software that still contain glitches!
When things just don't work together in your computer, problems occur. An example would be if your printer doesn't print. This could be for many, many reasons. But we know what we are doing, and we try everything to get it to work. Maybe you just need new cartridges, but most of the time, the problem is much more severe than that. Most of the time, your computer automatically disables something because it things that is the right thing to do. We just have to find what is wrong. Trust me, buying a new computer does not make everything work. It might for a certain period of time--until that one must be repaired. Not all software (software is games, programs, Internet, anything...) is made by the same company, so therefore, many times, the programs just don't work with each other, and problems occur, like you can't print or something. Or maybe your monitor has weird colors.
Of course, we will also gladly accept customer's computers which have more serious problems. Some examples of this would be-- your computer won't turn on, it shows a blank screen, you can't get in because you forgot your password, your mouse doesn't work, or anything else like this. We gladly will work on these--don't worry about something being too hard, because we love challenges. And, if it's something so serious that it can't be fixed (for example, lightning struck your house and your computer is fried--which can happen), then it can't be fixed. But we won't charge you anything, so what's there to lose?
It's time to give you our slogan: "You don't pay... Till it's your way." It's true. If we don't fix your computer, it would be inhumane to ask for even a nickel. We won't do that.
Also, another one of our promises is that we always charge the same price. We will not charge you more because your computer has a more serious problem than most other computers.
There are only two exceptions:
Our business is intended to have customers call us and then bring their computer's tower in. Laptops are welcome too! We will come to your house if you request it (Eau Claire only). Read the price chart (at the bottom of this page) for more information.
If your computer requires parts or software that we must buy to fix your computer, we will charge you what we paid for it (no profit). We will call you first for permission to do so.
It's that simple. If you don't like it, you don't pay!
Please call or register online before you bring in your computer. If you would like us to come to your house to work on your computer, please mention your address as well so we know where to go.
The owner is very busy but will always fit your computer in. Most customers so far have had their computer repaired in less than one day. (However, your computer may have a worse problem.)
If you register online, we will call and email you back within 24 hours of your registration. However, we do not have Internet access from Friday to Sunday, so we cannot check your registration until Monday if you register on the weekend.
Found below are our rates. We checked rates of some other computer repair shops in Eau Claire, WI, and many charge over $50 per HOUR per computer! Some companies even start their rates at over $75/hour!
Don't force yourself to pay any high rates! It's your choice!
